Unifyrecruitment is seeking a Head of People & Culture to lead a growing HR function during scale-up phases. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on delivery, focusing on culture, performance, and compliance as the organization expands across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will drive data-driven decisions, develop career frameworks, and manage compensation and benefits while ensuring labor-law compliance and a people-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience, including some leadership experience.
• Proven track record in scaling HR functions in scale-up or high-growth environments (300+ employees preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Project management experience within HR.

• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills—capable of building frameworks and implementing them effectively.
• A highly empathetic approach, prioritizing people and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, leveraging data to inform strategies and drive improvements.
• Experience with scaling across multiple countries is a strong plus.
• Current residency in the Netherlands or willingness to relocate (this is not a remote position).
• Fluency in Dutch (preferred) and strong English communication skills.
