Job summary

7people is seeking a VP HR to build the People Foundation for a fast-scaling company in Amsterdam. You will own HR strategy, roadmap, and people operations across multiple European markets, partnering directly with the CEO.

You will embed a single culture at scale, design compensation frameworks, plan workforce needs, and professionalise the HR function as the business expands into new sites. This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and relentless execution.

Qualifications

• Scaled HR inside real hyper growth with proven systems.
• Experience across multiple European markets with hands-on leadership.
• Ability to coach and partner with senior leaders as peers.
• Knowledge of EU labour landscape and local counsel collaboration.

• Set the HR roadmap to scale sustainably across sites and countries.
• Embed one culture across all locations to prevent dilution.
