Job summary

HeadFirst Group is seeking a VMS Consultant in Hoofddorp. You will support, implement, and optimize Vendor Management Systems for diverse clients, balancing technical and process improvements across multiple projects.

We seek analytically minded professionals with HBO education and 0–4 years’ experience, fluent Dutch (B2) and English, and knowledge of VMS/MSP tools like Nétive, SAP Fieldglass, or Beeline. Hybrid work setup with relocation not offered.

• Strong communication skills in Dutch (B2) and English.

• Proactive attitude and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with VMS/MSP or workforce management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-, second-, and third-level support to customers within SLAs.
• Support the implementation of new customer environments from configuration to go-live.
• Set up, test, and optimize VMS systems and workflows.
• Support and train end users in system usage.
• Analyze customer inquiries and translate into solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with BI, operations, and customer success teams.
• Contribute ideas on dashboards, reports, and process optimizations.
• Monitor quality, progress, and customer satisfaction in ongoing projects.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, consulting, and service delivery. You’ll help organizations make the most of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and support clients with everything involved—from implementation and system setup to support and optimization. No two days are the same. You’ll constantly switch between clients, systems, analyses, and opportunities for improvement, and you’ll have the freedom to develop your skills both technically and substantively.

What will you do?

• Providing first-, second-, and third-level support to customers within agreed SLAs;
