Job summary

McArthurGlen Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Intern to join the Retail team at Designer Outlet Roosendaal for 32 hours a week. You will help create engaging store and window displays and support the team in delivering on-brand visuals.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in visual merchandising, collaborate with Brand Partners and store teams, and benefit from LinkedIn Learning access from day one as part of our development culture.

Qualifications

• Interest in retail visual merchandising and store displays.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring store and window displays to life and keep visuals on-brand.
• Assist with promotions and point-of-sale materials under supervision.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners and store teams to support sales.
• Review sales trends and implement visual merchandising improvements.
• Support centre projects and day-to-day tasks across teams.
