Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales through excellent visual presentations and strong business acumen.
• Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and its appeal to the local market.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and strong organisational skills.
• Project and time management experience.
• Willingness to travel and be away from a home store for periods.
• Retail management experience with creative interests or background in fashion, art and music.

• Interprets company direction and current fashion trends to deliver creative VM solutions aligned with sales goals.
• Seek outside inspiration and apply talent to develop unique display perspectives.
• Lead and collaborate with store manager and coordinators for timely project execution.
• Manage seasonal display concepts with planning, mapping, and clean execution.
• Communicate seasonal set-ups with quarterly photo layouts.
• Implement VM initiatives and window schemes to a high standard.
• Share merchandising concepts and trends with store teams via meetings and boards.
• Inspire others and delegate projects while maintaining creativity.
• Coach team on merchandise placement, standards, and promotions.
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximise sales.
• Maintain an organised office, signage storage, and fixture room.
• Uphold mystery shop standards and maintain company-average results.
• Build community relationships reflecting urban culture.
