Job summary

LEONARDO ROYAL HOTEL AMSTERDAM is seeking a Guest Relations Officer who will monitor, analyze and optimize guest satisfaction in collaboration with the Front Office team. You will welcome guests, pamper VIPs and ensure smooth operations across daily arrivals and reviews.

You handle scheduling, basic admin tasks, and complaint handling while maintaining a representation of the hotel. Fluent Dutch and good English are required to excel in this role located in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• You have completed a hospitality-related course and are ready for your first job or have comparable experience;
• You are eager to learn and looking for a challenge;
• You are representative and administratively strong;
• You speak fluent Dutch and sufficient English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and optimize guest satisfaction together with the Front Office team;
• Welcome guests and pamper VIPs;
• Assist with scheduling and basic complaints handling;
• Respond to reviews and ensure a smooth, courteous guest experience.
