Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam is seeking a Guest Relations Specialist to welcome guests in Executive Rooms & Suites, delivering personalized, luxurious service from arrival to departure.
You will coordinate VIP experiences, arrange amenities, and act as the main contact for Executive guests while collaborating with Front Office and other departments to ensure an unforgettable stay.
Fluency in Dutch and English, a proactive mindset, and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized private check-ins/check-outs for Executive guests.
- Create authentic and unforgettable guest experiences throughout the stay.
- Coordinate the VIP guest journey from pre-arrival to departure.
- Arrange amenities and personalized touches for Executive guests.
- Serve as the primary contact for Executive guests and build strong relationships.
- Respond to and follow up on guest reviews across platforms.
- Support Front Office during busy check-in/check-out periods.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the guest journey.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless, personalized service.
