Job summary

Huawei Europe seeks a Utility-Scale BESS Business Development Manager in the Netherlands. You will proactively identify and grow Dutch utility-scale battery energy storage system opportunities, building deep relationships with utilities, developers, investors, and IPPs.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, drive orders and revenue targets, and monitor market trends to adjust strategies in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development and key account management within energy storage.
Solid understanding of the Dutch energy storage market, regulatory frameworks, and key players.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Align with go-to-market strategy to identify, develop, and expand Dutch BESS opportunities.
Build and deepen trust-based relationships with utilities, developers, investors, and IPPs.
Own end-to-end sales process across RFPs, solution development, contracts, and closure.
Take ownership of sales performance, including orders, revenue targets, and market share.
Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to refine go-to-market strategies.
