Michael Page is seeking a seasoned B2B sales professional to lead market growth in the Netherlands for energy-storage and power solutions (BESS, UPS, C&I). You will develop sales strategies, win new business, and build lasting relationships with EPCs, distributors, and system integrators.

The role requires a proven hunter with 5+ years in technical or solution-based sales, fluent Dutch and English, and a strong network across industrial customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technical or solution-based sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business and meeting sales targets.
• Industry experience in BESS, batteries, UPS, solar, renewable energy, power electronics or electrical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Dutch market growth by developing and executing sales strategies across C&I energy storage, BESS, UPS and battery solutions.
• Generate new business by identifying, approaching and converting industrial and commercial customers across the Netherlands.
• Build strategic relationships with EPCs, system integrators, distributors, installers and key industry partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposals, negotiations and contract closure.
• Develop key accounts by understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for long-term growth.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and revenue targets.
• Work with technical teams to tailor energy-storage solutions for customers.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings to strengthen brand presence.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and support growth strategy.
