Job summary

Sire Search in the Netherlands is seeking a Utilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, compressed air and boilers in a GMP manufacturing environment. You will lead a technical team of technicians, coordinate maintenance plans, troubleshoot issues and drive improvements to reliability and efficiency.

You bring MBO+/HBO-level education or equivalent experience, strong hands-on troubleshooting, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO-level education or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in utilities, facilities maintenance, or industrial installations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach.
• Proven ability to coordinate maintenance projects, manage contractors, and lead technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative attitude.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation.
• Previous GMP experience and familiarity with SAP PM or similar CMMS are advantageous.

Job Description

As a Utilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance and reliable operation of critical utility systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, compressed air, and boilers. You will coordinate and support a team of technicians, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring safe and efficient operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
