Job summary

Sire Search is seeking a Senior Utility Systems Technician in Breda, Netherlands, to oversee critical utility systems supporting manufacturing and warehousing. The role combines technical leadership with a focus on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will coordinate maintenance, coach technicians, and troubleshoot complex utility/building issues, working with facilities, engineering, and vendors in a GMP environment with SAP PM/CMMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Technical education at MBO+/HBO level or equivalent experience.
• Experience in utilities, facilities maintenance, or industrial settings.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance projects and work with teams.
• Good English communication.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities for utility systems and facility infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to technicians, contractors, and team members.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex issues related to utilities and building systems.
• Collaborate with facilities, engineering colleagues, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
• Drive initiatives to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical utility systems outside regular working hours.
