Sire Search in the Netherlands is seeking a Utilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, compressed air and boilers in a GMP manufacturing environment. You will lead a technical team of technicians, coordinate maintenance plans, troubleshoot issues and drive improvements to reliability and efficiency.

You bring MBO+/HBO-level education or equivalent experience, strong hands-on troubleshooting, and excellent English communication.

Qualificações

MBO+/HBO-level education or equivalent technical experience.
Experience in utilities, facilities maintenance, or industrial installations.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach.
Proven ability to coordinate maintenance projects, manage contractors, and lead technical teams.
Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative attitude.
Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation.
Previous GMP experience and familiarity with SAP PM or similar CMMS are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Plan, coordinate, and prioritize maintenance activities for utility systems and building infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to technicians and contractors.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to utility systems and collaborate with engineering teams to find effective solutions.
Work with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve challenges and optimize system performance.
Lead initiatives to improve system reliability and drive continuous improvement projects.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical utility systems outside regular hours.
