Job summary

Hunkemöller in Hilversum, Netherlands, seeks a proactive specialist to steer Unified Commerce initiatives end-to-end in a hybrid work setup. You thrive on independent work, map omni-channel processes, and translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.

You will collaborate with product owners across POS, OMS, Webshop, CRM & Loyalty, and work with SAP and integration teams to ensure successful releases.

Qualifications

• Retail/omnichannel background with understanding of store and digital workflows.
• Experience with commerce platforms; SAP and integrations preferred.
• Hands-on with JIRA, requirements refinement, and testing workflows.
• Self-driven, independent working style; able to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and map end-to-end omni & retail processes, identifying gaps and dependencies.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, workflows, and docs.
• Partner with Product Owners across channels (POS, OMS, Webshop/App, CRM & Loyalty).
• Collaborate with SAP and Integration teams to understand data flows and impacts.
• Support testing, validate solutions, and help drive release readiness.
• Facilitate workshops and structure complex topics for clarity.
