Job summary

Hunkemöller is offering an internship in our E-commerce team in the Netherlands. You will manage webshop and app content via CMS, update banners and promotions, and support campaign assets.

You will also learn to analyze customer journeys and contribute ideas to improve conversion and user experience. We seek a student in their 3rd or 4th year who is passionate about e-commerce, digital retail and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in the third or fourth year of HBO/Bachelor studies in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, online marketing, customer experience and digital retail.
• Enjoy working with data and learning how customer behaviour translates into commercial opportunities.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive and collaborative with different teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing and updating webshop and app content through CMS, including homepage banners, promotions, landing pages and campaign assets.
• Analyze customer journeys and webshop performance; contribute ideas to improve conversion and user experience.
• Coordinate content-related tasks such as translations, design briefings and stakeholder reviews.
• Support the E-commerce team with day-to-day webshop operations and special projects.
