Job summary

EVENTIM is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own large, multi-team initiatives within the Paylogic Platform. You’ll align cross‑functional stakeholders and drive from discovery through rollout, shaping product direction with engineering and IT teams.

You’ll join a fast-paced Product culture across Amsterdam and Groningen, with clear ownership, feedback, and tangible impact on live entertainment tech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, software, e-commerce or digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of discovery, requirements, roadmaps, prioritisation, testing, rollout and optimisation.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and make pragmatic decisions.
• Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on mentality and strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product initiatives from discovery to rollout.
• Bring structure to scope, priorities, roadmaps and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate customer, business and technical needs into clear product direction.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operational IT to explore solutions.
• Keep cross-functional initiatives moving and resolve blockers.
• Review requirements, scope and priorities with other Product Managers.
• Support other Product Managers through collaboration and feedback.
• Improve the quality and operational effectiveness of the Product team.
• Measure results after rollout and use insights to improve.
