Job summary

Horizon3.ai in the Netherlands is seeking a UK Commercial Sales Lead to drive growth from Amsterdam, with regular UK travel. You will bring autonomous pentesting solutions to new customers and build partnerships that unlock value across UK accounts.

The role requires the Amsterdam team to work in the office 2–3 days per week, with up to 40% travel within the territory to fulfill objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity sales experience with growth track record.
Experience selling technical solutions into the UK market.
Proven ability to monetise channel partnerships and manage partner revenue.
Strong end-to-end sales process expertise from qualification to ROI.

Responsibilities

Grow Horizon3.ai's UK Commercial business by winning new customers and expanding partnerships.
Build and convert a qualified pipeline, manage the sales cycle to close with quota attainment.
Drive channel partnerships by engaging regional resellers and creating joint opportunities.
Demonstrate Horizon3.ai solutions in meetings, linking technical capabilities to business value.
Lead post-proof-of-value ROI discussions to show business impact and retain customers.
Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts in Salesforce for visibility and risk tracking.
Work independently yet collaborate with global sales, support and customer success teams.
