Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is seeking a Turndown Attendant to ensure guest rooms are prepared for a restful night and to maintain the cleanliness of public spaces. You will work evenings as part of a friendly housekeeping team and support hotel operations to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening turndown service and ensure rooms are clean and ready for rest.
• Replenish amenities and refresh rooms to Radisson Blu standards.
• Clean and maintain public areas, restrooms, F&B outlets, entrances, halls, and stairs.
• Empty and manage waste bins throughout the hotel.
• Support Housekeeping Supervisors and Executive Housekeeper as directed.
• Transport linen to/from laundry and assist with deliveries.
• Move guest amenities and supplies around the hotel.
• Adhere to hotel quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure memorable guest stays.

As our Turndown Attendant, you play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences. During the evening, you will ensure our guest rooms are perfectly prepared for a relaxing night's stay through our turndown service. In addition, you will help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our public areas and support the Housekeeping team with a variety of operational tasks. Thanks to your eye for detail and hands‑on approach, every guest can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel environment.

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern four-star airport hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. With 281 comfortable rooms, 19 versatile meeting rooms, and one large ballroom, we host a wide range of conferences, meetings, and international events. • Provide evening turndown service, ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for a restful night.
• Replenish guest amenities and refresh rooms according to Radisson Blu standards.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including restrooms, F&B outlets, hotel entrances, hallways, and staircases.
• Empty, clean, and maintain waste bins throughout the hotel.
• Support the Housekeeping team as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisors and Executive Housekeeper.
• Transport clean and dirty linen to and from the laundry.
• Assist with loading and unloading external laundry deliveries.
• Transport guest amenities, housekeeping supplies, decorations, and other materials throughout the hotel.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with hotel quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Work together with colleagues to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Qualifications – What You Bring

• Available to work full‑time (38 hours per week), including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A proactive, hands‑on attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Reliable, flexible, and guest‑focused.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential—we are happy to train the right person.
