Job Description
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the daily operation of the Restaurant, Bar, and Meetings & Events outlets
- Oversee service quality to ensure a high level of guest service and guest experience
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team to reach their full potential
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene procedures, and Radisson Hotel Group brand standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally, efficiently, and with a guest‑first mindset
- Coordinate the preparation and setup of meeting rooms and event spaces according to guest requirements
- Review, improve, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
- Support menu development, promotions, and Food & Beverage initiatives to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and high‑performing team culture where colleagues can grow and succeed
Qualifications – What You Bring
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and support your team in creating memorable moments
- Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and operational quality standards
- A true hospitality professional who enjoys working in an international and dynamic environment
