Cygnific, a proud subsidiary of KLM, is hiring a customer service representative to guide passengers through bookings, flights and luggage queries. You’ll join a multilingual, energetic team and help deliver top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

The role starts with an 8-week paid training at the office (40 hours/week) and then transitions to cross-training across products while offering hybrid working options in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• HAVO or MBO 4 diploma required.
• Dutch and English fluency required.
• Experience in call center or customer service preferred.
• Comfort with complex computer systems.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer passengers' questions on bookings, flights, luggage and special requests via phone.
• Act as the ears and voice of KLM to provide quick, suitable solutions and exceed expectations when possible.
• Train for 8 weeks on-site, full-time (40 hours/week) and become an agent for one or more departments through cross-training.
• Support customers in multiple languages across 30+ countries and ensure high-quality service.
