Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, seeks an experienced Training & Development Professional to design and deliver technical training programs. You will collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to build curricula and ensure effective learning outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating sessions, managing resources, and tracking participant progress. You will implement evaluation frameworks and generate reports to steer continuous improvement across the training function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years in training and development, focusing on technical training.
• Driving license.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and training software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; an additional language at B2+ is required.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency.

• Support rollout of new training initiatives and provide operational guidance to stakeholders
• Optimize training quality through continuous improvement based on program evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or in a Technical filed (Electrical, Mechanic or any other related filed), or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical training.
• Driving License.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness.
• Fluency in English and Dutch. One other language is required (German, French, Spanish, Polish), at the level of B2 or above.
• Microsoft Word, Excel. High level of Power Point creating skills.
