Job summary

BYD Europe BV in the Netherlands is seeking a Training Operation Specialist to develop curricula, coordinate end-to-end training operations, manage resource inventories, and implement evaluation frameworks. You will track participant skill development and support rollout of new training initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years in training and development, focused on technical training.
• Driving License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; another language at B2 or above.
• Experience with learning management systems and other training software.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Training Operation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training curricula in collaboration with trainers and subject matter experts

• Optimize training quality through continuous improvement based on program evaluations.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or in a Technical filed (Electrical, Mechanic or any other related filed), or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical training.
• Driving License.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness.
• Fluency in English and Dutch. One other language is required (German, French, Spanish, Polish), at the level of B2 or above.
• Microsoft Word, Excel. High level of Power Point creating skills.
