Job summary

Eye Security in The Hague seeks a People Business Partner for Total Rewards to own compensation, benefits, and equity across the Netherlands, UK, Germany, and Belgium. You’ll partner with security operations and customer support leaders, coaching managers and aligning salary bands withExecutives.

You’ll build a practical pay framework, prepare for EU pay transparency, and work hands-on with Dutch labor law while staying closely connected with the business floor.

Qualifications

• HRBP experience in a scaling tech environment.
• Hands-on reward experience: salary reviews, benchmarking, levelling, benefits, equity.
• Around a year in a reward or C&B role, or several reward projects you led yourself.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership, with a constructive challenge.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and solving problems creatively.
• Working knowledge of Dutch labor law; collaborate with experts when needed.
• Professional English; Dutch is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own Total Rewards end to end: salary reviews, benchmarks, levelling and salary bands.
• Manage benefits across the Netherlands, the UK, Germany and Belgium with providers.
• Manage the equity program: grants, refreshers and ensuring equity understanding.
• Prepare Eye for pay transparency: coordinate with Legal and Finance for EU directive readiness.
• Be the trusted partner for leaders in security operations, incident response, customer support and project management.
• Be visible on the floor in The Hague and engage with teams directly.
• Handle employee relations: sick leave, reintegration, complex cases with external counsel when needed.
