You bring credibility when working with senior stakeholders and are able to balance business needs, cost impact, internal equity, governance and long-term sustainability.

You are analytical, structured, and able to translate data and complex reward topics into clear insights and practical recommendations. You communicate with clarity, influence with confidence and can work independently on both strategic and hands‑on topics.

You bring broad Total Rewards expertise, with strong reward judgement and demonstrated experience in M&A, due diligence, integration, and transformation environments.

This role will be reporting to: Group Total Rewards Team Manager

  • Translate reward insights, market practice and cost implications into clear recommendations for business and investment decisions.
  • Lead and/or contribute to selected development topics to improve Total Rewards processes, digital tools, and ways of working.

Studies show that members of underrepresented communities do not apply for jobs unless they are 100% “qualified”. If this is part of the reason you hesitate to apply, we would like to consider and give it a chance. Maybe your profile fits our needs much better than you think.
