Job summary

Movado Group seeks an Analyst in Total Rewards to support compensation, benefits, and reward programs across Europe and LATAM. You will work with HR Business Partners and leaders to guide offers, promotions, and pay decisions within global frameworks.

The role involves market pricing, benchmarking, and analysis to ensure competitive pay and compliant programs, while supporting annual merit and incentive processes and global Workday enhancements.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Compensation and/or Benefits.
• Knowledge of European compensation and benefits practices; LATAM is a plus.
• Experience with compensation surveys, market reviews, and salary structure development.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with compensation and workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation and benefits guidance to HR and leaders across Europe and LATAM.
• Partner with HRBPs and managers on offers, promotions, transfers, market adjustments and retention.
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking and pay decision analyses.
• Support development and maintenance of pay ranges and compensation guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and best practices; provide insights to leaders.
• Participate in compensation surveys and manage submissions, validation and analysis.
• Coordinate annual merit, bonus, and incentive planning cycles.
• Support compensation planning system setup, testing, reporting, and governance.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for HR and leaders.
• Support compliance activities including pay transparency and equity.
