Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Tooling Manager in the Professional Services Excellence team to own the tools and systems PS relies on. You will architect and deploy automation and AI-driven workflows, and shape how the function operates from the ground up across regions.

You will drive end-to-end evaluation, procurement, implementation, and ongoing administration of enterprise tooling, aiming for cleaner data and faster onboarding across merchant projects.

Responsibilities

• Own evaluation, procurement, implementation, and administration of PS project/work management platforms (e.g., Jira, Monday.com).
• Audit and diagnose merchant delivery workflows and PS systems to fix bottlenecks without tickets.
• Assess third-party platforms vs PS needs and balance out-of-the-box vs build.
• Retire unused tools and prevent over-siloed solutions.
• Architect and deploy production-ready automations and GenAI workflows.
• Use AI tools to build, test, and ship custom solutions independently.
• Ensure APIs and data structures support reliable AI runs with secure access.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and tooling owners to keep integrations clean.
• Define reporting framework and turn data into actionable insights for PS leadership.
