Adyen’s Application Engineering team builds, runs, and automates the core platforms used daily to collaborate: Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and emerging AI tooling. We seek an experienced engineering leader who has guided workplace collaboration, tooling, or internal platforms teams, translating complex backlogs into clear, high-impact deliverables.

Formación

• Leadership experience guiding internal tooling, enterprise applications, or digital workplace platforms.
• Strong execution and delivery of complex, multi-project initiatives.
• Practical SaaS domain experience with collaboration platforms (Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom).
• Solid architectural understanding of productivity and enterprise platforms for informed trade-offs.
• Familiarity with implementing internal AI/LLM-enabled workflows and safe deployment.
• Security-first mindset with IAM and data privacy awareness in regulated environments.
• Clear, empathetic communication across technical teams, non-technical partners, and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Establish the team’s short- and mid-term vision and roadmaps.
• Guide end-to-end projects with scoping, planning, delivery, and rollout milestones.
• Coordinate tool launches, migrations, and platform enhancements for a global workforce.
• Maintain a secure, scalable SaaS ecosystem partnering on security and access governance.
• Champion automation and AI roadmap with Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Oversee SaaS vendor relationships, licensing strategies, and renewals.
• Mentor and grow Enterprise Applications Engineers; set clear goals and feedback.
• Lead hiring and shape team organization as Adyen scales.
• Set documentation standards and operational hygiene for resilience.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and integration designs.
