Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of captivating TikTok concepts and write captions focused on engagement/SEO.
• Collaborate with creators and marketeers to match concepts with suitable talent.
• Oversee production days and guide editors to ensure the creative vision is realized.
• Review edits to maintain high content quality and brand alignment.
• Stay updated on TikTok algorithm changes and advertising opportunities to maximize performance.
