Job summary

Aidem Agency in Amsterdam is seeking an Affiliate & KOL Specialist to build, manage and scale a high-performing creator network for TikTok Shop brands. You will drive traffic, GMV and content volume through strategic creator relationships and performance-driven campaigns.

Working closely with the TikTok Shop Manager, you will own outreach, recruitment, onboarding, and performance analytics, translating brand strategy into actionable creator guidance while maintaining flawless data workflows and

Qualifications

3+ years in influencer marketing, creator management or social commerce affiliate marketing.
Proven ability to grow and manage large creator networks.
Strong analytical skills with dashboards and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

Define affiliate GMV targets, content KPIs, tier structure and commissions for each client.
Source and recruit creator affiliates at scale via TikTok DM and outreach tools.
Onboard affiliates with clear briefs, terms and SOW, and manage sample dispatch and tracking.
Develop weekly content briefs and maintain a bank of winning references, hooks and formats.
Monitor posting and live session activity, collect spark codes and ensure compliance.
Provide performance analysis and optimise outreach metrics and conversions.
Scale and manage affiliate programs, including tiered communities and incentives.
Produce regular performance reports and update briefs and templates.
