TikTok Amsterdam is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead a portfolio of advertisers, turning business goals into campaigns that drive measurable growth on a global platform.

You will translate objectives into full‑funnel strategies, own end‑to‑end execution, design metrics, and present insights at QBRs. Collaboration with the Brand Partnerships Manager and cross‑functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client solutions, account management or performance marketing.
• Experience with multi-market campaigns or multinational advertisers.
• Experience across multiple verticals or with social/video/creator-led advertising.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into full-funnel campaign strategies and own end-to-end execution.
• Design measurement upfront: set KPIs, implement tracking, and run lift/incrementality studies.
• Be the go-to product expert for clients and agencies: bring in new solutions, run tests and scale what works.
• Find growth in the data: identify incremental opportunities and build the case with BPM to land them.
• Provide insights to QBRs and executive reviews with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Measurement, Creative and Solutions Engineering to remove blockers fast.
• Based on the vertical, focus more on performance or branding.
