Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam HQ is seeking a TikTok Channel Manager who will own and grow our TikTok presence. This is a creator role focused on producing on-camera content, spotting trends and turning ideas into engaging videos.

You will publish at high velocity, experiment with formats, and use performance data to improve reach, with support from a Video Editor, Motion Designers and a Product Marketing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creating TikTok or short-form content with personal growth.
• Proven ability to generate organic views and engagement.
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, pacing and hooks.

Responsibilities

• Own the TikTok channel and grow views, reach and audience.
• Create and appear on camera, publish content consistently.
• Develop original concepts around AI, creativity and trends.
• Catch trends early and turn them into content quickly.
• Hook viewers within seconds and experiment with formats.
• Show off our AI products without turning videos into ads.
• Publish at high velocity and test many ideas.
• Learn from data: monitor metrics and iterate.
• Build a presence by engaging with comments and collaborations.
