This fully remote role collaborates with founders to articulate priorities and translate objectives into measurable results, driving commercial performance through data-driven campaigns and creative optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, social media, or social commerce.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems, and audience behavior.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into optimization strategies.
• Strategic thinker with business judgment to drive measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including founders.
• Proactive, ambitious, and able to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• TikTok Shop strategy and leadership across DACH: Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve conversion on TikTok Shop.
