Job summary

FOLQS is a fast-growing D2C supplement brand in the United States. We seek a remote-minded growth lead to own the entire TikTok Shop ecosystem, including affiliates, creators, and content pipelines.

You will design a scalable acquisition engine, manage partnerships, and drive measured GMV through optimized influencer programs. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate roles, strong English writing, and a data-driven approach focused on conversions and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate/influencer roles for D2C brands or agencies.
• You've run a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV.
• Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace + at least one platform (Social Snowball/GRIN/Aspire/Modash/Insense).
• Volume outreach: 50+ creators per month with reply-rate data.
• Strong written English for creator briefs and outreach.
• Performance-minded: measure conversions and GMV, not followers.
• Daily use of AI tools for outreach, briefs, content ideation, and ops.
• Coachable and able to work with founders.
• Bonus: Spark Ads/workflow experience, existing creator network in wellness, FTC basics.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall TikTok Shop growth strategy (P&L thinking, targets, testing roadmap, prioritization).
• Build, manage & scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program (sourcing, onboarding, commissions, programs).
• Develop a scalable creator/UGC acquisition engine to drive sales.
• Run Folqs organic strategy: trends, cadence, community.
• Prepare FTC-compliant creator briefings.
• Produce performance reports: GMV, attributed orders, CAC, creator ROI.
• Oversee affiliate platform ops (Social Snowball/GRIN/Aspire or equivalent).

TikTok is our next major growth channel - we're hiring one person to own the entire account end-to-end: TikTok Shop affiliates, creator partnerships, influencer outreach, and the content pipeline that feeds it all.

What you'll own:

• The overall TikTok Shop growth strategy, including channel P&L thinking, growth targets, testing roadmap, and prioritization across affiliates, content, and paid media
• Build, manage, and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, including creator sourcing, vetting, onboarding, briefing, commissions, Open Collaboration, Targeted, VIP programs, and relationship management
• Develop a scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine that consistently generates content and creators capable of driving sales
• Run Folqs organic strategy: trends, cadence, community
• FTC-compliant creator briefing
• Performance reporting: GMV, attributed orders, CAC, creator ROI - not vanity metrics
• Affiliate platform ops (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire or equivalent)

You are:

• 3-5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate/influencer roles for D2C e-commerce brands or D2C agencies
• You've personally run a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV
• Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace + one platform (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire / Modash / Insense)
• Volume operator - 50+ creators/month outreach, with reply-rate data
• Strong written English (you brief creators and run outreach)
• Performance-minded - you measure work in conversions and GMV, not followers
• You live and breathe AI tools - daily use for outreach, briefs, content ideation, ops.
• Coachable - you work alongside the founders
• Bonus: Spark Ads / whitelisted content workflow experience, existing creator network in supplement/wellness/beauty, FTC compliance basics

Schedule: Fully remote. Minimum 6-hour overlap with US Eastern Time (10am-4pm ET).
