Job summary

Neways Electronics International in Son, Netherlands, is seeking a Test Support Engineer (focus on assy) to join the Test Engineering department. You will analyze and resolve malfunctions in production machines and test equipment, contributing to continuous production.

The role requires an MBO-level education (Electrical Engineering preferred), strong Dutch and English communication, and willingness to work 2 shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and diagnose malfunctions in machines and test setups.
• Coordinate with Test Engineers for follow-up actions and improvements.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues and document actions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Keep records of activities and report to Test Engineering Manager.
• Advise on production issues and costs and provide clear instructions.
