In this role, as first-line support, you are responsible for analyzing and resolving malfunctions in our production machines and test equipment. As a Test Support Engineer (focus on assy), you are closely involved in our production processes and part of the Test Engineering department.

A completed MBO-level education, preferably in Electrical Engineering;
Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but starters are warmly encouraged to apply;

Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system;
Preferably available for 40 hours per week;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
When a colleague reports that a machine or test setup is not functioning (or only partially functioning), it is your task to investigate what is going on. Most malfunctions are electrical in nature, but they can also be mechanical. When structural improvements are needed, you coordinate with one of our Test Engineers to discuss follow‑up actions and propose solutions. Once approved, you liaise with one of our suppliers to resolve the issue.
In addition to solving malfunctions, you also perform preventive and corrective maintenance using tools and equipment. You also keep records of your activities and report these to the Manager Test Engineering.
Your responsibilities further include:
