Job summary

XDS, a pioneering bicycle manufacturer, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across a defined region. You will open new dealer accounts, visit shops, and build strong relationships with owners and managers to put X-LAB bikes on shop floors.

Based in the Netherlands, you’ll travel up to four days a week, manage the sales process from first contact to order, and partner with dealers to grow revenue and market presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relationship-based sales experience.
• Willing to travel up to four days per week in the field.
• Strong territory planning, organization, CRM, and follow-up skills.
• Interest in cycling, sporting goods, or performance products; bicycle-industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in English and local languages.

Responsibilities

• Build X-LAB’s presence across your territory by regularly visiting independent bicycle dealers.
• Prospect for and open new dealer accounts through planned outreach, referrals, industry relationships, and in-person cold visits.
• Manage the sales process from the first conversation through account setup and initial order.
• Grow productive relationships with new and existing dealers.
