Job summary

Specialized Bicycles, Inc. is seeking a Service Workshop Senior Supervisor for the Netherlands to lead a 9–12 technician team in a central European workshop.

You will manage daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive productivity while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be based at the European Distribution Centre in ’s-Heerenberg, leading initiatives on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration with Logistics, Quality, Rider Care, and other

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical/service team.
• Strong knowledge of bicycles, both mechanical and electrical.
• Fluency in Dutch and English for international communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to a team of 9–12 technicians.
• Ensure quality, planning, productivity, and safety within the workshop.
• Coach and develop team members to help them perform at their best.
• Analyze KPIs and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Logistics, Quality, Rider Care, and the wider European organization.
• Take responsibility for workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, and performance of your team.
