Job summary

DEME is seeking a Tender Engineer for Seabed Preparation to join an international team and contribute to offshore wind and marine projects. You will support the acquisition process, prepare and submit proposals, and liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure compliant tenders.

Based in the Netherlands, the role offers extensive mobility, a dedicated training track and opportunities to develop expertise in heavy infrastructure, dredging and environmental works within a global company

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering.
• Experience in tendering and follow-up of marine/construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in acquisition and tender preparation for DEME's offshore projects.
• Analyze tender documents, perform cost calculations and risk assessments.
• Draft installation sequences and coordinate with subcontractors and supporting departments.
