Job summary

Webfleet, part of Bridgestone, is hiring an HR & Payroll Specialist in Amsterdam for a 1-year temporary position. You will join a 12-person People Operations and Payroll team, handling HR processes, payroll collaboration, and data accuracy.

We seek an organised communicator with English and German proficiency, strong Excel skills, and a mindset for continuous improvement through automation and AI tools. Hybrid work allowed.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR & payroll in an international environment.
• Strong English and German language skills (written/spoken).
• Proficient with Excel and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR administration processes including onboarding/offboarding, data changes, absences and benefits.
• Support monthly payroll and liaise with external payroll provider for accuracy.
• Be first point of contact for employees in allocated countries; build strong relationships.
• Update HRIS accurately and provide reports to stakeholders with high data quality.
• Identify and improve processes using AI-driven tools and automation.
