Job summary

Justus People is seeking a Technical Team Leader for the European Master Distribution Centre (EMDC) located in the Venray area. This permanent role starts with a 12-month contract and offers an attractive base salary plus a 13th month, bonus, and excellent benefits.

You will lead a technical engineering team, drive continuous improvements, and partner with third‑party partners to ensure aligned standards across our global supply chain. A Lean mindset and electromechanical expertise are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Experience leading technical or manufacturing teams with an engaging, motivating style.
Solid electromechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills; familiarity with CAD and ERP.

Responsibilities

Coach and develop the engineering team with a focus on high performance and growth.
Run daily stand-ups, manage production priorities, and collaborate with DSV.
Drive process improvements, handle complex troubleshooting, and lead NPI and pilots.
Own continuous improvement initiatives and Lean/QMS embedding.
