How you’ll make an impact
- Guide & empower: Coach and develop your technical engineering team, fostering a supportive environment where high performance and individual growth go hand-in-hand.
- Orchestrate daily success: Keep technical operations running seamlessly by running daily team stand-ups, managing production priorities, and partnering closely with DSV.
- Champion technical quality: Drive process improvements, handle complex troubleshooting, and lead new product introductions (NPI) and pilots.
- Optimize for tomorrow: Take ownership of our continuous improvement initiatives and Quality Management System (QMS), embedding Lean principles into every workflow.
- Bridge key relationships: Serve as the main technical contact for third-party partners and suppliers, ensuring aligned standards and flawless collaboration.
What you bring to the team
- Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Leadership style: Proven experience guiding technical or manufacturing teams with an engaging, motivating, and open approach.
- Technical toolkit: Solid electromechanical knowledge, troubleshooting experience, and familiarity with CAD, ERP systems, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- Mindset: An analytical thinker who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly across all levels, and enjoys solving operational puzzles.
- Industry touch: Understanding of international supply chain and production workflows.
