Job summary

Justrite Safety Group EMEA seeks an experienced Head of Operations to steer the European operations, end-to-end supply chain, and QHSE for the Industrial Distribution unit. This role centers in Barendrecht, the Netherlands, with responsibility for future footprint expansion across Europe and significant mobility.

You will drive strategic initiatives to delight customers while minimizing total operating costs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience in leading multi-site international operations is required.
• Strong background in supply chain, logistics and QHSE management.

Responsibilities

• Lead network and footprint optimization across sites.
• Own end-to-end inventory management and improve cash flow through inventory optimization.
• Oversee supplier performance, contracts, risk, and dual sourcing decisions.
• Drive Lean CI initiatives and eliminate waste using standard tools like 5S and Value Stream Mapping.
• Ensure safety, compliance (ISO 9001/14001), and sustainability reporting.
