Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Configuration Center Technical Team Leader in Venray, Netherlands, to guide the European Master Distribution Centre's technical operations. You will lead the technical team, oversee configuration processes and daily activities, and ensure configurations are accurate and up to date.

You will collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and suppliers, assign tasks, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Proven experience with manufacturing lines and leadership in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Strong electromechanical knowledge and technical troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; relevant certification is preferred.
• Proven project management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, including CAD and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EMDC technical activities, conduct daily team meetings, coordinate with production planning and production teams, and address inquiries.
• Ensure teams receive the support required to perform their tasks, escalating potential issues.
• Maintain and develop the EMDC continuous improvement program and Quality Management System with support from the Quality team.
• Manage daily production and quality communications and review monthly production-related invoices.
• Support and develop the engineering team, manage performance and EPDRs, and act as the escalation point for production engineering activities.
• Oversee non-conformities, Work Instructions, TSAL control, process changes, MPP activities, working agreements, production audits, NSI support, NPI processes and new-product pilots.
• Coordinate production partners, monitor compliance with company standards and resolve issues to maintain smooth operations.
