Job summary

ModusLink Corporation in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Lean Engineer to embed Lean into our DNA across two sites (Venray and Amsterdam). You will drive Lean culture, lead Kaizen events and coach teams in Lean thinking and behavior.

You will analyze processes, implement end-to-end improvements, optimize layouts and costs, and build KPI structures for continuous improvement while collaborating with our global Lean community.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hands-on experience in logistics/operations.
• Ability to drive Lean culture, not just tools.
• Analytical mindset with Excel/Power BI or similar.

WE ARE HIRING: LEAN ENGINEER (MULTI-SITE)

For our operations at ModusLink (Venray & Amsterdam) we are looking for a hands-on Lean Engineer who will take our continuous improvement culture to the next level.

Over the past years, we have built a strong Lean foundation. Now it’s time to embed Lean into our DNA and that’s where you come in.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive Lean culture across both sites (Venray & Amsterdam)
• Lead Kaizen events and hands-on improvement initiatives
