Job summary

Justus People is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Hoofddorp to lead a 25–35 person team and own daily operations. The role requires strong leadership, WMS experience, and a proactive, results‑oriented approach in a high‑tech facility.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage KPIs, and collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient warehouse performance in a rotating two‑shift pattern.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, in an international environment.
• Experience with WMS and modern logistics software; data‑driven.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate a 25–35 person team and manage PMPs.
• Coordinate shift operations, align with forecasts and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement using Kaizen and 5S.
• Monitor daily KPIs, CAPAs and 5C principles for quality.
• Collaborate across internal logistics and international stakeholders.
