Job summary

Rise Technical in Utrecht is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a pump systems manufacturer. The role links customers, field service engineers and parts logistics to plan visits, manage service schedules and ensure timely parts delivery. You’ll provide technical guidance, suggest basic fixes and identify opportunities for additional service or sales. The position offers strong training and international development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in service coordination, planning, or as a Field Service Engineer.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Technical knowledge to advise on parts and basic troubleshooting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Based in or commutable to Utrecht.

Are you an organised professional planning experience and experience or knowledge in technical application?

This company is expanding its service operations and is looking for a Technical Support specialist to join their team in Utrecht. You will be the link between the customer, field service engineers, and spare parts logistics, ensuring efficient planning and seamless service delivery.

In this role, you will plan engineer visits, organise service schedules, review service reports, and make sure parts arrive on time. You’ll also use your technical knowledge to answer customer questions, advise basic fixes, and identify opportunities for additional services or sales.
