Job summary

Rise Technical represents a global engineering company in the Netherlands seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by managing customer accounts, preparing quotations, and collaborating with the external sales team on larger projects.

You will develop technical and commercial knowledge, with full training provided through onboarding, product training, and ongoing sales development programmes, including international exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or some inside sales experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
• Commutable to Vleuten, Netherlands.

€45,000 - €53,000 + Bonus (up to 20%) + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Structured Training + Clear Progression

OTE: €63,000 (Dependant on initial base salary)

I am currently representing a global engineering company specialising in industrial pump solutions across industries such as water treatment, food & beverage, chemicals, and energy. With over 60 years of experience and thousands of employees worldwide, they are continuing to grow and are looking to strengthen their inside sales team in the Netherlands.

In this role, you will support sales growth by managing customer accounts, preparing quotations, and working closely with the external sales team on larger projects. You will develop technical and commercial knowledge, with full training provided through structured onboarding, product training, and ongoing sales development programmes, including international exposure.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or initial experience in a commercial or technical environment, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. This role offers a clear progression pathway into Business Development or Field Sales positions.
