Job summary

Packsize GmbH is seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to deliver world-class support to customers across Europe. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, balancing problem-solving skills with outstanding customer service and will receive full training on our equipment and systems.

The role involves handling inbound support, deciding on remote vs on-site resolutions, and assisting field engineers while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• 3–5 years of hands-on technical support experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical/software issues remotely.
• Strong remote troubleshooting and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound support calls/emails and troubleshoot with a balance of technical skill and customer empathy.
• Determine whether issues can be resolved remotely or require on-site intervention.
• Support field service engineers with guidance and resources.
• Maintain and enhance the solutions database and knowledge sharing.
• Document activities in the CRM/online database promptly.
