Job summary

Packsize B.V. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, configure, and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities. You will diagnose and repair electro-mechanical systems, deliver on-site training, and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support.

Responsibilities include installation, validation, commissioning, scheduling at job sites, and ongoing maintenance. Travel and remote support are required; strong problem-solving and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree/technical education or 3+ years troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving mindset with a customer focus.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams; use hand tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain packaging equipment on customer sites.
• Provide on-site installation validation and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform upgrades and modifications.
• Deliver on-site training and support customer operations.
• Maintain safety standards and document service activities.
