Job summary

ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking a technically driven Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance project follow-up for the Dutch air quality monitoring network. Based in Zaltbommel, you will join the Dutch technical team and act as the primary customer contact.

You will coordinate installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, perform on-site work, and coach service engineers while managing our NL repair and service laboratory.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Good knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, mechanics, and calibration of analytical measuring equipment or similar systems.
• Flexible and willing to travel for on-site interventions, customer visits, and training.
• Experience with service and maintenance of analytical instrumentation.
• Strong interest in further building knowledge within metrology.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and further expanding the existing customer relationship.
• Serving as the daily point of contact for the customer and processing daily requests.
• Drawing up and coordinating the schedule for installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Performing installations, maintenance work, and training on-site and at our Zaltbommel office.
• Guiding and coaching internal and external service engineers.
• Managing our repair and service laboratory in the Netherlands.
• Organizing quarterly technical meetings with the customer.
• Reporting to the Operations Unit Manager Netherlands.
