Job summary

Ricoh Nederland, via Albyco in Breda, is seeking a Technical Service Support Employee to back the Technical Service Department with administrative, commercial and operational tasks. You will handle spare parts, service orders, and warranty processes, coordinating between engineers, suppliers, and customers.

The role requires keen organisational skills, ERP experience (Outsmart), and fluency in Dutch and English. You’ll join an international team with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales support, customer service or service administration.
• Accurate, structured and highly organised administration.
• Ability to prioritise and work independently.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP or service management systems (Outsmart).

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Service Department in administrative, commercial and operational activities.
• Manage technical inventory and ensure service engineers and customers receive timely information.
• Process service orders, warranty claims, returns and repairs.
• Assist with invoicing by verifying service activities.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and customers on order progress and repairs.
• Act as a secondary contact beside the planner and suggest process improvements.
